Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns and exchanges for items meeting the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Products must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure product safety and quality, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened fragrance products (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
  • Used skincare and grooming products from our Skincare and Grooming collection
  • Opened or partially used gift sets including Men’s Perfume Gift Sets, Perfume Gift Sets, and Women’s Perfume Gift Sets
  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during special promotions
  • Personal care items where seals have been broken

Return Process – Step by Step

1 Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2 Prepare Your Return Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
3 Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package.
4 Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notifications throughout the process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the standard return process outlined above
  • In your return request, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
  • Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
