Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
- Products must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened fragrance products (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
- Used skincare and grooming products
- Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
- Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during special promotions
- Personal care items where seals have been broken
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notifications throughout the process.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after return approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval
- JCB Payments: 7-14 business days after return approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Important: The refund amount will reflect the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the standard return process outlined above
- In your return request, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
- Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
